Losing funding for the TAH grants would be yet one more devastating blow to the education of kids. Just a few years ago, I had the awesome experience to participate in a three year TAH grant that really opened my eyes and provided me with so much additional knowledge that I was able to take back to my students. TAH grants provide what school districts can not afford to. They take teachers beyond the one day workshop education, beyond the one half day speaker. They provide rich, engaging experiences that truly provide what teachers need so they can make a difference in the lives of their students. Karen S. Blasi
